Here's what I plan for my first cycle...

Keeping it simple, 10 week cycle of Test E

Week 1 - 10: Test E 500mg/Week
Week 1 -10: Arimadex .5mg ED

PCT
Week 14 – 16: Nolva 40mg ED
Week 16 – 18: Nolva 20mg ED

What do you guys think?

Your pct start time is out, needs to start 14 days after last shot and not 4 wks.

Arimadex is too high. Maybe .25mg 3 x week.

Also would use cypionate .

AI .25mg eod if you are prone to gyno...
If you are not prone, don't take it throughout cycle. If gyno pops up for some reason then AI on hand for gyno .25mg ed until subsides then .25mg every injection day.

Ya, I think thats what I might do, i know the estrogen is good for me in some ways, I just don't want to bloat.

why would you use cyp? thats an irrelevant suggestion especially when its a larger ester
