    9TH Week Need Guidance

    Im in my 9th week on test e 250 every 3 days.

    I started at 140lbs and now im at 175. My diet is still in check, although i just got a flu and lost 3 lbs. I'm working out 6 days usually, 5 days when i throw and extra rest day in.

    I'm getting a little nervous in my 9th week and have been reading a lot on what to do to keep as much of my gains as possible. I know there is water retention, but i have not gotten fat during the cycle.

    I was thinking of running some winstrol for 6 weeks starting now, but don't want to do anything stupid. I was hoping someone here could guide me a little. I would of course extend my original 12 week cycle of test to 15 to run with the winstrol. I have oral and injectible.

    Im worried about losing too much of my hard work. I can assure anyone trying this for first time...AAS is no majic....eating and hard work has gotten me to where im at.

    I have my PCT ready to roll and plan on eating over my maintenance levels during my PCT. I dont need to have a super hard or cut body for summer. I would rather keep more gains and keep a little weight on myself until my next cycle.

    Any input would be great....especially on adding the winstrol.

    Oh yeah so far pretty much very minimal sides. some acne on chest and shoulders but have killed that with a bleach bath and good scrub couple times a week. My nipples have been a little sore but no lumps or knots or anything behind the nipples. My strength gains aren't super huge but i think they are great. my bench was like 185x3 now 225x10. Sex drive is through the roof!!! I do love that...holy shit...I have never lasted longer...lol...anyways thanks for any help.

    No offense, my man, but it sounds like you weren't really ready to cycle in the first place.

    What are the rest of your stats: height, age, bf, years training?

    I would just finish the cycle as you planned and run your pct.

    If you gained 35lbs so far, don't expect to keep all of that.

    was a boxer and always stayed lean and fought at 125...now im old man 36, lol....and no longer boxing and was tired of being skinny so started eating and training weights again for 6 months....I went from 125-143 eating...

    So thanks for the advice....i was hoping on a little more insight as to the affects winstrol may have on my cycle at this point....meaning i know guys use it to cut....and i was wanting to maintain as much as i have gained as possible by any means necessary...ill work my ass off and eat the whole fridge if i have to.....

    Based on the weight changes you gave, D7M asked a very insightful question about your stats. And considering your answer, I’m sure he'll agree that adding Winny and extending this cycle sounds good if that's what you choose to do.

    However, you seem to be under the impression that Winny possesses some kind of gains keeping property...it doesn't. It'll aid in hardening and cutting but that's it. What you keep/lose will be contingent upon a number of variables, but not the aas employed.

    i dont think you shud add winny imo.

    there is already a few red flags about you cycling even in the first place so id stick to your simple test 12 wk cycle.
