righttt mate i cant really help you with any cycle questions as i am yet to run one but i see aaalloooot of faults with your workout routine. firstly chest, shoulders and triceps on the same day?? thats not good mate. and no deadlift in your backworkout. also whyyy do more exercises on triceps than on your back? the back is a hugeeee group of muscles oppose to the tricep being a small muscle.

tell me what your goals are mate and ill do my best to help you get a good workout goin

Wink yea i left a few things out

i do dead lifts on back day
    4 x 8-12 with 225 - 315
i also do 4 exercises on chest as well i do roughly 16 sets on most muscle groups this is just a rough work out that i posted i constantly change it up slightly and deads are always in on back days. yea i like to lift those muscle groups togehter for one reason and one alone. you completely fry the whole muscle group that way. you tend to hit shoulders slightly when u do chest and triceps too. so why not fry them out completely when u hit shoulders u hit triceps. then why not finish off with burning the tri's out. just my opinion. feel free to post a workout u like in general or have had good results with on a specific muscle group. im always open to new things. im only about 3 weeks back in.

In my opinion 'frying' the muscle out will not do much for growth. Catabolism will definatley kick in during that workout.

Like I say I need to know your goals before I help you with a work out???
