How to stack test p and deca for a cutting cycle?
i have just started stacking them. i am looking to cut a few pounds and tone. im 250 great shape very athletic bball player. just cant lose my gut. i dont need any mass, just 2 cut. plz help

Your diet will determine whether you cut or bulk while running aas. What are your complete stats
height
weight
age
bodyfat%
cycle experience
training experience
Exactly how much are you taking of each now? What is your planned pct?

im 6'3'' 250lbs 22yrs bodyfat not sure at all. ive still got lil pudge over my abbs. first cycle. tranning experience is awseome i deff no what im doing ive added about 5in to my vert in bout 6months lost 80lbs since high school and got lots faster and stronger. i can dunk im very athletic. right now im doing a half cc of test p every other day and a half cc of deca every fourth day and thought after a while move the deca to every 6th day. heard the deca helps with the joints. im really serious about this and work my ass off and im going 2 tryout for bball team next yr and yout would be greatly appericated. thank u.

I know what im doing as far as lifting and my deit is great in know when 2 eat what carbs fast and slow diegesting....and so on. but i dont know really anything about steriods or how to use them besides what ive read and been researching. my friends have done them but i want 2 so them the right way. and honstly i dont know what i am going 2 do for a post cycle and i dont even know what aas is? i was really leanent about starting but i just cant lose my gut and id like 2 shed a lil more weight so i can jump higer. plz help

How many mg does each compound have per cc? Without this I cannot help you? If you have a set diet post it up and I'll help with that as well.

I would use some TEST PROP and NPP (fast acting 'DECA ')
and take strict reign on the diet your consuming.

Im not sure i take a half a mg of test every other day and half mg of deca every fourth day. then id figure id move the deca to every 6th day. My deit is really good i think. i eat my slow diegesting carbs in the morn b4 i workout with about 40g of protien then 2 pecies of white bread after my workout with more supplemental proetien. then the rest of the day i eat every 2-3 hours depending on my hunger level. i eat prolly 85% of my carbs for the day b4 noon. then the rest of the day is chicken or fish, tuna. might have some low fat low carb cottage cheese with my lunch and that's usally all my dairy for the day. anything u can help me out with i would greatly appericate it. if i go on my schedule i will shoot my test 2mrw.
