    Question Sust 250 Deca 300 and winny quicky

    Isit true, if your take winny or stanz aswell you'll shape better rather than just bulking up with s/d alone??

    Winny is a hardener. It doesn't burn fat but gives a very lean body a hard look. If you're not lean enough, you won't even be able to tell.
