how to use spiro 5% and nizoral 2%?
hey guys i know its pretty simple, but im not sure how to apply it, how much to apply, and how many times a day or week? my first time using any hair product, but i dont want my hairline moving back on this cycle...
any help would be great, thanks!

Try the rogaine foam it works wonders and can be applied in less than a minute. It really curtails hairloss and I had success with it recently when I had a massive shock fallout from too much tren . Nizoral 2% is prescription shampoo reddish in color and you should use it eod to every 3rd day or it could dry you hair out. Inbetween, I would use Nizoral as a daily shampoo.

I've used ar-r 's topical spiro. I use just enough to cover the areas that need it on my head. About 3-4 times a week I apply it. Love the stuff.

I want to know this too. I have ar-r topical spiro 5% as well and don't know how much to use.
