I was gonna tell you to err on the side of overeating because you don't want to waste a good cycle by inhibiting gains with too few calories, BUT...
Now I'm wondering why you started a cycle with 20% bf, no offense.

Oh, right on.
Well, I don't think you'll know what your baseline caloric needs will be until you get there, you know? You could compute it based on your BMR and all, but that number would prob be off enough to disregard. I find that approach is just irrelevant for bodybuilders. HOWEVER, that's your only possible starting point if you don't know your baseline.
What are you eating now? What's your activity level? Break it down...
Check out the diet stickies...
Also, assuming you burn 12.4 lbs of fat and get down to 164 lbs, how would you rationalize being ready for steroids (assuming the concept of "being ready for steroids" is even a legitimate end)??. Forget 'em dude. 'Prob would have ruined your life anyway. Don't underestimate the results real training brings, don't fantasize about AAS, and have a little faith in yourself. Once you get there the real way, you'll have to control the geysers of disdain you feel for lazy AAS abusers.
