    Is it worth Doing Inter Muscular hGh Shots ??

    Started 2 weeks ago , 5 on 2 off - 3 ius for those days - stepping up to 4 ius today - Have done them all in the stomach (sub-c) but i heard it can be done in the muscle. Is it true? worth it ? how should i rotate the shots? thanks

    I noticed absolutely no difference between Sub-Q and I.M for GH protocols.

    I now choose to stick with Sub-Q as it's the least evasive form of pinning.

    (Nevertheless, it is a FACT that I.M. injections have a better absorption rate then Sub-Q injections... so really it's your call.)

    I agree never noticed a difference IM or SC. Have done both for a long peroid of time just to make sure. I now just stick with SC as well. I have a few friends that swear IM works better for them. So its your call maybe try it and see what you think. But yea it can be done

    I do subQ at night as I like to think it absorbs slower that way tough the night and I do IM in the morning before my cardio because I want it in my system nice and quick to boost the fatloss during the cardio.
