1st cycle plan
Age: 17
Height: 6
Bf%: 23
Yrs training: 3 months
Weight 156lbs/chubby
Week
1-10 500mg tren to cut
10-20 500mg deca to bulk
Plus a bunch of orals
Pct: tribulus
Joking, now for real
Planning to start in another month (want to cut a bit more before)
Age:28
Height: 6'3"
Weight: 218-222
Bf%: 13
Yrs training: 7 total
Throughout, but starting Two weeks prior to cycle to stabilize blood levels by cycle start: .25mg eod ldex
Weeks 1-10 (maybe 12, opinions please) test e 500mg/wk shot 250 sun morning, 250 wed afternoon
Pct:
Clomid 50/50/50/50
Tamox 40/40/20/20
Extra tamox on hand
Draw with a 20
Inject 25
Planing on mostly glute injections, thigh if needed
Diet in check, but will be increased cleanly
Workout: focus on increasing strength while staying in the 6-10 rep range to avoid joint damage while I learn how my muscles/conective tissues react to aas
I will have blood work done in the coming time before I start
The only issue I forsee is a lack of sleep b/c I work from 230 am to 4pm then work out right after, so I only sleep about 5hrs on weekdays, but 8 to 10 hrs on weekends
I hope all goes well and want to keep it as safe as possible
