    What to do about chin fat?

    I recently noticed I am developing a second chin haha. Well It's just a little skin under my chin.

    I talked to my friend who is all about great dieting and mentioned. If I use a protein from concentrate which causes some bloat but It could also be from sodium retention, since I am on Test.

    My cycle looks like this currently:

    Test Cyp 750mg/week
    Anavar 75mg/day

    Past few days I've been drinking a ton of water, trying to lower my water retention.

    Any other ideas for me?

    Mods: Should this be in the Diet Section. I feel like it should be here cause of the cycle I am on and the water my body is retaining.

    Your bloat is coming mostly from high amounts of circulating estrogen being converted from all that Test you're taking. If you want to lower your water retention you need to use an AI like arimidex .

    it could be genetic and its there to stay. It happens to many non bodybuilders

    I was thinking of lowering my test to 500mg/week. I guess that will help.

    You need to do chin exercises. I work them in when I doing traps! Look at the ceiling and then look down, works great. jk man. thats so funny cause i have noticed the same thing around the time of my last cycle but never contributed it to aas, just thought i was getting old.

    LMFAO tell me about it, I was looking at some pictures of myself during my test e/dbol cycle, my face ohhhh man fattt as **** lol
