My question is this Ive been reading everthing about anti`e
and i want to run them through the whole cycle i just dont know what to get could i use just ARIMDEX or just nolvadex and be safe or is using both of them a must

i doubt you'll have any problems being that your doses are relatively low, but if you are really sensitive or you just wanna be safe you can get by just fine with nolva, but anastrozole works much better imo being that it stops the problem before aromitization occurs...best of luck

i understand that its better but ive heard people say use them both so it would be ok to just go with the liquidex

yah, no need for both if your taking the proper dosage of adex/ldex/whatever...

I would just add the arimidex ED and have the nolv on hand. As djdjdjddjon said the doses are low
