Hi guys I am thinking of doing corse of prop been on win and sus am thinking of prop deca and ethante for 8 weeks before my hols would it be better to just do prop and win and can you jab prop into shoulders like win

From your answer and original question i think it is advise that you read all the educational threads at the top of this forum...

You need to be looking at a test only cycle followed by a solid pct...

Once you've had a good read and understand what it is you need to run a good cycle, put it together and post it...

Hi guys I have done corse of win and sus then clomed I want to do corse before I go on hlos I am 14 stone 7 pounds and thinking of prop 6 mil a week and 4 mil test ethanate would this be ok before I hit beach as got down to 10%bf and want to cut up bot more also put some size on

Bro im finding hard to even read what your typing....

If you have just finished a cycle 4 weeks ago then your in no position to start another cycle..

Give your body time to recover and as ive told you before, "head upto the educational threads before you even think about another cycle". Your going to seriously harm yourself...

Hi mate think your right I have looked at some of the post you told me I think I have wasted lot of money on lots of difernt gear what would be right corse of test for me ? I gunna wait for at least 8 weeks now and start again

Yes..

My advice to you is to take at least another 8 weeks off before starting another cycle...

Between now and then get your bloodworks done and spend as much time reading through the educational threads as is possible..

Also go down to both the diet and training forums and in full post your diet and training routine..

Once you've constructed a solid diet, training program and discovered a better understanding of aas, then i will be more than happy to assist you further...
