Dbol - All at once or spread out evenly?
Would it be better to take 30mg immediately before my morning workout or take 10mg, 3 times a day with my meals?

^^^ I know that will keep blood levels stable, but it will keep them stable at a low level. I was wondering if having peak blood levels during workout and post workout would be more beneficial?

I haven't done d-bol for a while, but for example, if I was taking 40mgs/ed, I would take the doses three x/per day, but would do this: 10mg/8AM, 10mg/Noon, 15mg/4PM (then gym), 5mg/8PM.
I suppose technically its better to spread it evenly, but I felt taking a bit more during the segment of time that I worked out in was adventageous.

If I was taking 40, I would do 20 (gym), 10, 10....but at 30, I don't wanna be cutting tabs

I get sloppy with taking pills, I forget pills some days or I take too much some days, plus I don't like having to carry pills around with me everyone and remembering to take them at particular times.
Taking all the pills at once in the morning isn't optimal, but that's how I'm gonna do it on my next cycle.
