    Hi I'm beginner , first steroids help me

    I plan daca with winstor 10week
    -----------------------------------------------
    my spec is
    29 years old
    5.74 feet
    190Ibs
    20% body fat
    bench press 120kg(1rm)
    squat 140kg(1rm)
    deadlift 180kg(1rm)

    1~6 daca 300mg(week) winstor 30mg(day)
    6~10 daca 300mg(week)
    ----------------------------------------
    I want to be 175lbs, 10~12% body fat

    so my quetions is
    1. after diet completed , steroids going?
    2. after steroids completed, diet going?
    3. doing steroids with diet?

    and if choosing 2 , if how many do I have to diet %body fat?

    thinks in advence

    ps. I Think I never make 2Cycles

    I have no idea what you are trying to say here.
    Firstly your cycle sucks and shows your lack of research and secondly your stats show your lack of training knowledge. Head over to the diet and workout sections and get yourself a decent diet and training routine and you will see that 175lbs in no time without the unnecessary use of aas.

    No don't take the above cycle you have mentioned, you need to sort your diet out first and increase your cardio before starting any kind of cycle, drop the bf via hardwork then consider taking something. In the meantime do some research into cycles, best of luck

    Hello all, I am also a newbie, thinkin of a first time cycle of AAS as well. any advice would be awsome thnks.

    INFO: 23YRS been training since i was 16yrs old, 189 lbs 15% B.F. I eat well, around 240-300g or protien a day,HIIT cardio 3xs a week, lift 4-5 day a week, i topped out at around 205lbs but im cutting not (would explain why im 189lbs now) .I want to get leaner around single digit B.F. like 9 or 8%. what AAS would you recomend? Ive done some research, and I keep seeing that for first cycle test E OR CYP is reccomended.......
