ADVICE APPERICATED first AAS cycle,thanks
Hello all, I am also a newbie, thinkin of a first time cycle of AAS as well. any advice would be awsome thnks.
INFO: 23YRS been training since i was 16yrs old, 189 lbs 15% B.F. I eat well, around 240-300g or protien a day,HIIT cardio 3xs a week, lift 4-5 day a week, i topped out at around 205lbs but im cutting not (would explain why im 189lbs now) .I want to get leaner around single digit B.F. like 9 or 8%. what AAS would you recomend? Ive done some research, and I keep seeing that for first cycle test E OR CYP is reccomended.......

Ok... they typically want you to wait till your 24/25 to start so I do have a recommendation for you. First of all, how tall are you at 189/15%?
Secondly, what are your goals of the cycle? Get bigger or is your goal of the cycle to get leaner? (that being the 8%/9%) Because to be honest, diet and more cardio can get you there. If you have been training that long and have hit a plateau research T3 and clenbuteral... but I highly doubt you have at 15% body fat.

FIRST OFF: thanks for posting back, im 5'10 and 15% is proballly 12% but my goal is to get leaner but keep size or maybe even grow a lil, I researched the clen , T3 ill probally stay away from, Im on a ECA as well.

I'd still stick to cardio and clen . No need for AAS to drop a few bf%. You must have a small frame, because I am 12% off a 7 caliper and 220 lbs at 5'9/5'10. I want to be at 10% before I start my next cycle and I am running cardio 6 days a week, clean diet (3300 clean calories per day), and some clen. No need to juice to attain what you are looking for man.

what would you concider a small framed guy? yea clen is gonna happen for sure But i do want to get bigger, up to 230 lean, but i was affraid that the AAS would make gain B.F. alot easier. I mean im gonna go sooner or later.maybe it isnt the right time. so should i get leaner before I do a cycle? or could I do test and clen?

Yes, I would certainly lose as much BF as possible naturally, and then maybe do a nice Dbol and test stack to put on size. Put in 6 more months of more cardio, hard diet training, and some clen and you will be ready.
You won't be putting on body fat, just water weight. It comes and goes.
Small frame guy as in I think I am just slightly above average and I am 220 at 12% at the same height.

yea sounds good, and yeah I suppose im a Medium boned guy, slimmer frame. 33' waist, 26" thighs 16.5"arms never mesured my chest, how much did you weigh when you first started AAS

You can get big and lean out with proper dieting. I just completed a test e cycle and was able to drop a few bf% while packing on quite a few pounds of muscle. What I did with my clen was run it upon completion of my test through my pct and I am liking the results.
