Curiosity...why?
As a girlfriend of someone who does steroids I am wondering why do you do it?! Silly question maybe for you but from someone on the other side so to speak I'm curious as to the reasoning behind it.
He doesn't hide it from me so there's no secrecy on that part it's just it's becoming an obsession with how good he looks, how much he can bench press, comparing himself to others! He's done two cycles in the last year with barely any recovery time between cycles and there's defo no pct! He says this is his last cycle this year and will have been on it for 4 months when he stops in August but I know that that won't be the case.
He takes 2ml test and 2ml deca a week and scarily for me there are no swimmers! We've been trying for a baby since Oct and lost one in Dec which coincides with the time he was off it and since then nothing! Mood swings and temper tantrums are horrendus..even worse than me when I've got PMT and that's saying something!
So...if any of you can give me any insight in to the workings of the male mind lol I would be very grateful!!

At one point in my life I was addicted to working out. I worked out twice a day 7 days a week. I went to the gym once at 6am and once at 6pm. I didn't care if the kids wanted me to go to their baseball game, school plays, etc. I was really obsessed. This went on for several year. My personal life sucked but I looked good. LOL, my wife threatened to leave me so I snapped out of it. I think some guys have an obsessive/compulsive personality like me. I hope it's just a phase for your BF. It sounds like he could hurt himself if he doesn't take time off to PCT and allow his body to recover from the AAS.

ScotchGuard he is obsessed and I think he has mild OCD aswell! He has to train at 7pm every night no matter what, light switches and remote controls have to be straight and in the right order lol, plans have to be made around his training, he says wants a baby but doesn't do pct or give himself time to recover! From a partners point of view it is very frustating and can be upsetting because it's beginning to spoil a good relationship. Hopefully he will be sensible and do a pct and give his body time to recover after this cycle but I can only keep my fingers crossed!

Can you suggest he become a member of this board so he can get some education with pct, etc?

I've suggested it but he won't, he thinks he knows ALL about it and when I do he just shouts and loses the head! He says he's going to take clomid at the end of this cycle, what else should he take to normalise his body and get his swimmers swimming again?

WOW!!! When I first started reading this I thought my girlfriend joined the board LOL, but I am taking different compounds....I am the same way, I have made a huge difference in the way I look, so I have chose to stay on cycle after a 5 week cruise dose of 300 mg test. I have all my kids so that is not an issue, it is the feeling I get when I look in the mirror and my friends telling me how I have changed..

It is an obsession, an addiction even. Similar to other addictions..
Alcohol, drugs, and even eating disorders. <--These are more commonly known as addictions, but AAS can be considered one too, IMO.
Now, don't get me wrong, bodybuilding and using AAS are not near as bad as any of those^ addictions, but essentially it is the same principle value along the obsessive compulsive nature.

How much clomid will he be taking per day? And for how long?
My standard PCT is..
Nolvadex @ 40mg every day for the first week and 20mg every day for weeks 2-4.
and
Clomd @ 70mg every day for the first week and 35mg every day for weeks 2-4.
Maybe talk to him about using a little HCG on cycle to keep his "boys" working? Or if it is too late, then blast HCG while waiting for the esters to clear before PCT?

If he really does have ocd that could be a huge factor. Theres so much in peoples every day lives that they have no control over. Some of us go with the flow and other obsess over things. This may be that 1 thing he feels he can control and because of that he wont give it up. You know him better than any of us. If you think its a big enough problem to be here maybe its time that you let him know he either needs to get help or your gone. But if this is just something he enjoys and does it to feel good about himself then I would suggest leaving him be for know. Trust me when my old lady tells me to do something I ll do the complete opposite even if I know shes right.

Thanks everyone! Oh yes, he also does the opposite to what I want!! I'm going to leave it now and not say anything and see if he stops in August. He mentioned upping his dosage to 4ml today because 'the other boys' do it lol and is going on about test 350 but he is also talking about doing hcg when he stops so I'm just going to let him get on with it now. It's his choice at the end of the day but if things get too much and the mood swings and temper outbursts carry on then he will be given his last warning and his bags will be packed. With him it's not that it gives him a buzz and makes him feel good mentally and physically.....it's all about keeping up with the boys and one upmanship and looking better than everyone else which is sad because he's fine as he is, if anything he's getting to look a little bit like the honey monster which is not a good look!
