need some research information please

Hey guys I'm 23 5'11 201lbs 12% bf

My question I'm researching for my fisrt cycle and its gonna be just T but I have seen were some ppl do sustaplex, test e or test cyp and stay around the 500 mg dosage which is cool I have read up on why its good just to run test first......the questions I have is were can I find information on how many shots to take a week for each test? And why is 500mg a good staring point? Thanks guys

thanks for the link man qa lot of good information I need to read...........but I tired to find doasge amounts like sustaplex 325 would be eod and test e is 3.5 days but what about test c I couldn't fiind that one and I think I'm getting it now as far as test goes do u go by the esters to decide how many times to pin a week?

Sorry I ask a lot of questions just trying to understand it all!

Test c has a long or slow acting ester so it would be injected every 3.5 days..

Hey man thanks again for ur help I just read the article on ester half lifes and some of thr esters now I understand how test c/test e are 3.5 days between pins
