Steroids for manly features

Hello everybody,

First of all, let me tell you that I'm French. Please, forgive my approximative english.

So, to sum up my problem :
I'm a 20 years old boy, and I kinda worry about my "manly features".

Ok, I'm about 6 feet tall, my you-know-what size is average (or over) and my libido is "normal", nothing to complain about there, BUT :
my chin is not really prominent, i got a small jaw, small feet and hands, no deep voice, and few body hair.

I also noticed that my ring finger is NOT longer than my index finger, whereas all my friends got it longer.
According to many scientific surveys, it indicates for me a low testosterone level :s

I don't feel confident about myself because sometimes, I don't feel masculine enough (I'm 100% heterosexual, though!)

My question is :

Could steroids /HGH help me to increase those manly features, and which choice would be the best for me ?(I think about androgens, I may be wrong)

PS : Let's be clear, my aim is not to develop body muscules

I know there is many threads like "i wanna get a square jaw", etc.
But i feel lost among all the info I found on the web. They all... contradict each other.

Steroids are not the answer, learn to live with what you have...

Speak to your doctor. Tell him of your concerns. Ask to have your testosterone levels checked.
But honestly we're all different. And dont go taking steroids or other drugs without medical advice.

wow, the "should I take steroids because I can't grow a beard?" guy, the "should I take steroids because I want a deeper voice?" guy, and the "should I take steroids for thicker wrists and ankles?" guy were all French too. wtf?
