lean mass/bulking cycle
starting back up. havent been on in awhile. i am thinking a 12 week cycle. i want to gain all lean mass really. i have done tren before, but i want to ease back in. should i add a pill in there or just ease back in with injectables? my left shoulder bugs me, but i still lift heavy so i wanted to do deca to lubricate joints and its a good mass builder. i will also take letro ED. Still thinking of PCT.
prop ED 500mg wk
deca 2x total 400mg wk
or
sust EOD or test enth 500mg wk
deca 2x total 400mg wk

By lean do you also mean keeping water weight down? I see the letro, but sust and deca might still add water.
Im currently on your first choice, Im week 9 of Prop/deca and loving it.

if im getting back into it, should i do deca 12 weeks with prop? or prop till 14 weeks and stop deca at 12? i dont want to do too much because im just getting back in like i said.

Thats as much info as you need. Just run a simple test cycle if you've been off for a while. Run it @ 600/wk, a little more than a beginner cycle and you should see great gains.
