Endurance Athelete Cycle
Any suggestions on a good stack for off season muscle building? I am an endurance athelete.
I've done about 3 cycles in the past 2 1/2 years, then about 10 years before that.
I was thinking prop, tren but i read that tren is not good for an endurance athelete.

Yep, tren wouldnt be a good choice..

Years training

Weight:173lbs
Height:6'0"
BF% 14%-16%
Years Training: Ive been training with weight a long time but not consistantly. I am a cyclist who rides all year long but on differant programs depending on the time of season. I'm trying to make a jump to pro but lack the strength in my legs & core. Upper body is fine and I will just maintain. I have a personal trainer who will coach me on the weight training and a coach who trains me on the bike regiment. Around November I need to drop my weight down to about 165lbs. but maintain my strength. So I will get my body fat to about 8%-10%. For now I need to bulk and strengthen my legs as much as possible.
