use of arimidex

could anyone inform me to why arimidex should only be used if needed? why not use it anyway to be safe? does it limit gains?

You do need some estrogen for gains. However, I always use dex during my whole cycle because I am gyno prone. If it hinders gains then it's not much.

I take a low dose with high dose test cycles. Keeps gyno and bloat at bay.

I wouldnt wait until its needed. I would begin an AI with every cycle to avoid sides. If you use the correct amount gains will not suffer,,,in fact you will look much better.
