yeah I don't think you understand, the macro nutrients make up the calories, 1g of fat yields 9 calories, and 1g of protein or carbs yields 4 calories.

Yes I will hate on your age, you're too young. I'd advise against using aas, with proper training and diet you have many natural gains ahead of you!

...but you def want more protein, you're just under 1.5g per lb of bodyweight, at least amp it up to 270g a day. You should have no trouble getting 300+ grams though. If you can get around 350g of protein that would be ideal for you. You did not include your BF% but if you're not a fatty theres no harm in amping up for carbs to 500+ grams and your for your fats, make sure they're HEALTHY fats and get around 50 grams, don't exceed 100g though. Just getting your diet in check can have dramatic results, you should train consistently with a better diet for a few more years before thinking about getting on some gear.

You're not listening, I just told you.

    350g of protein = 1400 calories
    500g of carbs = 2000 calories
    50g of fat = 450 calories

    1400+2000+450= 3850

But if you're bulking you'd probably want to add more carbs and fat.

bulking, whether on cycle or not should be your TDEE + 1500-2000 calories. But since i doubt you know what TDEE is or even are bothered to calculate it, i will give you a ruff estimate. It should be around 4000-5000, period. I maintain on 3000-3500, that's nothing.
