Need a cycle to reach 220lbs!

6'4 200lbs. 14%bf. age32. Been in the gym for 3 years. I have been 223lbs before 2 years ago but wasnt educated on pct so that was a big mistake. havent taken anything in a year. Ready to cycle again. Is there a stack for me to reach 220 again? I cant seem to gain anything unless i cycle. My last cycle consisted of anadrol 50mg ed for 4 weeks, 250mg of testC and 250mg of testE once a week for 10 weeks and deca300 twice a week for 10 weeks. Do i need to do that much again to reach my goal? whats a good pct to keep my gains? anything else i need to know would be greatly apprec!

well i do slip on the weekends but during the week when i have to get up for work its 4 eggs, 4 pieces of bacon or sausage, some toast and a shake of muscle milk. 9am is usually a turkey or chicken sandwich with another shake. 1130am is leftovers from the night before(usually chicken or steak with some kind of pasta), 230pm p&j sandwich. gym around 5pm with a shake right after then supper that night. Once again steak or chicken (some fish now and then since the girl gets tired of the same ol meat). I could be doing something wrong but trust me I eat! I just got the family with tall and skinny males. Do I need to switch some foods?

    So you mean like this?

    Meal 1
    4 eggs
    4 bacon/sausage
    Toast
    Protein Shake

    Meal 2
    Turkey/Chicken Sandwich
    Protein shake

    Meal 3
    Chicken/Steak/Pasta

    Meal 4
    PJ sandwich

    Meal 5
    Protein shake

    Meal 6
    Steak/chicken

I recommend you follow a more strict diet. Instead of just protein shakes take a weight gainer shake. Here is a good recipe:

    1 cup milk - 130cal 8g protein 4g carb
    1/3 cup oat flour - 120 cal 4g protein 21g carb
    1scoop ON whey - 130 cal 24g protein 4g carb
    2tbsp Natty PB - 190cal 8g protein 6g carb

Re-create your diet and spread out the weight gain shakes throughout the day. I.e. One in morning, one during noon, one during evening. Make sure you take a pre-workout protein shake and a post-workout protein shake after. List the nutri facts of your new revised diet and list everything to be viewed functionally. Go to nutritiondata.com to do this.

Without being organized how do you expect to even take some steroids ? I've helped point you in the right direction (I hope), follow a new more disciplined diet and more intense routine focusing on muscle gain. You can check in the exercise section. Have fun.
