    tendonitis. please help!

I used to play baseball and about a year ago i had tendonitis in my elbow but it healed and i was 100% cleared by my doctor. I am now just over 1 week (3 shots) into my cycle of test-e at 500mg per week and my tendonitis is back, even worse than before and i can barely lift my arm at times let alone get a good workout in. I am taking .25 of liquidex eod to control gyno and bloating and my planned pct was nolva 40/40/20/20, no clomid. Should i stop my cycle and continue once my elbow gets better? and if so, do i need to run any pct now after just 3 shots? please help!

You need to take at least a week off from the gym if its that bad. Then you need to switch any exercises that are irritating it. If you have been doing barbell curls, switch to ez curl bar preachers. If you have been doing t bar rows, scrap them and do barbell rows, etc.

    You can try some stretches

I personally don't do any of the ones in that video I made my own stretches up for myself based on what helped my shoulder injury. I do a wrist movement out with a band, then in with a band, sets of 20, then I do an exercise where I let the band go out to the tips of my fingers and I grip it 20 or more times. Taking time off then doing these helped immensely. Some people use wraps. For some people its serious enough they have to take several months off.

tendonitis is not something to mess with man. rest it, do the stretches in the above post, and consider physical therapy. until it is healed stay away from AS

Stretching as stated above. I have elbow tendonitis on and off and this is the only thing that really helps. Also very good is hanging from a bar by the injured arm (type of stretching). Try to not grap the bar with your full hand but more with your fingers while hanging.

I support it with Fish Oil and Super Cissus Rx + I take diclofenac for the pain and inflammation.

MSM and Glucosamine straight from a horse supply store is what I use and this stuff is 99% pure and non-toxic to boot. Just take a little every day (capsule ammount) mixed with water and in about 2-3 wks you'll see a difference. The problem with store bought MSM and Glucosamine is that is all FDA approved and all they are in it for is the almighty $$$ with lower concentrations and fillers etc. DMSO works great also but burns and tastes like garlic if too much is applied. Stay away from cortizone type injections from the Dr. cause all that does is eat away scar tissue and good tissue but leaves you with less that you started with. Do some research.
