anavar pct

hey guys, im half way through my 5 week anavar cycle at 75mgs per day, results are great so far, I have cycle experience, but only test and d bols and that was almost 3 yrs ago. I am looking for a little advice on a decent pct to run for cycle...or even suggestions of how nessecary it will be for my cycle.

have previous cycle exp, but it has been a little while

Clomid 50/50/50/50
Nolva 40/20/20/20

OR

Clomid 100/50/50/50
Nolva 40/20/20/20

Either one will work but I suggest the second seeing how your kinda young and especially with that cycle 3 years ago.
