First Cycle Question (For my Buddy)
okay,
My buddy is 5-11" tall, 165 pounds, and 25 years old. He has been consistently training for the majority of his life. Never done any juice or taken sups. Currently he is playing a lot of soccer and wants to do a cycle that will help increase his performance on the soccer field. What is your suggestion for supplements he should take on his first cycle. He knows he will have to research this more in depth but needs somewhere to begin. Thanks for your input. - JJJ

in my opinion if he wants to be better at soccer, practice soccer more, but that's just me. what level does he play at?

for soccer it more about how you work out, its much different for athletes than your average bodybuilder.
a basketball player doesnt work out like a soccer player who doesnt work out like a baseball player etc.
tell him to work on his actual workouts and diet first. A soccer player on roids just doesnt sound right to me..

okay....he has lifted weights for many years...he has started playing on a semi-pro soccer team. Most of his workouts have been more centered towards plyometric/ explosive exercises that havent necessarily taken place in a weight room. He is just wanting to know what type of cycle would improve his performance on the field, but not necessarily bulk him up to restrict his agility movements. Any suggestions other than practicing more soccer that would increase SPEED and EXPLOSIVENESS?

you dont use steroids for soccer.
just run and do endurance workouts. done.

All of them! lol! Meat head! Lmao! Look into a good fuel for cardio in terms of muscle sparring. Post workout protein shake. Glucose restoration, Casen before bed. And a good diet. Search button. Bcaa, glutimine, ATP, HMB, vit C, TDEE, beginner cycles for athletes, jact3D, oats. What nitrogen retention does and how it works, ect. Most the guys here push weight not kick and chase a ball. Wish I could help more. I haven't played soccer since I was 12

Maybe your buddy could use a eca stack when he plays I don't know if you guys get tested for that in american semi pro leagues if so just use pre workout supps like nitric oxide to give him a push on the field may work for football may not I'm just throwing a few suggestions about. And like 007 says its football not soccer
