Rest after cycle and pct???

Hi im on a test deca and dbol cycle.

Dbol weeks 1-6
test. Weeks 1-10
deca weeks 1-8

i might increase my test and deca by 2 weeks. T-12 wks. Deca 10 wks.
Ive gona do a clomid and nolva pct. For 4 weeks.

Anyone know wen i should start my pct after my cycle?
And how long rest after pct befor i start a new cycle??

what ester test are you useing ? if your useing test e/c then pct will start 14 days after last injection of test,as for how long to wait ,time on time off usealy is what is recomended so 12 weeks on cycle + 2 weeks waiting for the ester to clear + 4 week pct =18 weeks total = 18 weeks off .
