am 24 510 174 and dont know my bf to be honest. but have a beer belly. i try to run everyday

Did you know that cytomel is catabolic and will burn your muscle and fat? It should only be taken with AAS to keep muscle loss to a minimum. It needs to be dosed and cycled properly as it manipulates your thyroid production.
You really shouldn't be taking cytomel. You need to research very thoroughly both of these compounds so you completely understand how they work in your body. Clen also requires very a specific dosing and cycling protocol. It can land you in the hospital if dosed incorrectly.
Head to the diet section and see where you can improve that while you start your research. And, stop drinking so much beer.
