    off cycle weight loss

Hey fellas, well i have been off cycle about 8 weeks now and i have lost sum of my gains as expected but would like some advise on how to try n keep the rest.

    Last cycle was 12 wks

week1-6 500ml Test E weekly and 30ml dbol per day
    week6-12 500ml Test E per week
week14-17 PCT Clomid 100ml per day then 50ml per day last week.

Prior to starting my cycle I had been on a cutting diet and my weight had gone to a very low 11.9st all the way through my cycle i done cardio 3 times per week which i'm now finding out was maybe abit to much as i was wanting to get bigger gains :s Well i finished my cycle and done a full weight check and finished at 182lb with a massive BF of 22%!!

My stats as they are now
    25 yrs old
    5ft9
    178lb
    BF 16%
been going gym about 3 years butl last 12 months i have been training hard.

I do play alot of soccer and seem to have a fast metab but i eat like a horse like 5-6 meals a day.

What would any1 advise be my next steps for my next cycle??

I will listen to input so please feel free to critisise anything

    thanks

    Karl

Losing weight after your cycle is expected, i bet most was water weight..

Your pct was sub-par imo, should have added nolva...

What people tend to forget is diet. If you weigh 170lbs and eat to maintain that weight thats fine. But if you then gain 20lbs you have to adjust your diet so that it falls in line with a person weighing 190lbs...

thanks mate. I try to eat every 2 hours people at work say im a horse but i could eat more (chicken Mmmm)

I'm thinking about starting to include a couple of shakes aswel not as a meal replacement but just summit extra to go alongside my current intake. I have been getting mix info on what shakes are best? also alot of people say they are pointless? and have little effect?

Supplements like protein shakes definitely have there place, perfect for pre and post workout..

As you say, its when people start to rely on them as a food source that they become a problem...
