    M -Drol questions.

    I'm 19, sick of being just "healthy". I want to put on mass this summer and was thinking m-drol would be a good way to go. But I've been researching side affects and now im not so sure. Can you guys give me any input on whether or not I should be taking this at 19? And what kind of PCT should I use if its okay? Idk if it matters but I'm 5'10" and 170.5 lbs

    19.... No one will advise you do a mdrol cycle at 19. At your age your test is highest. Mdrol from what I have heard is practically a oral legal steroid .

    Any suggestions of what I can do to put on size then? Just clean food?

    Whats your diet look like?

    I know where your coming from. When I was in my teens... Sh*t i couldnt gain at all.... My metabolism was so fast and being so active i was stuck at damn near 150-160lbs.... Up until recent I finally started to make gains really....

    Well I try to keep good foods going through my body throughout the day in smaller portions, but I work outside 8 hours a day and sometimes cant find time to make my own lunch. Thats where I get screwed and have to stop by a subway or something. I try to drink only water, but sometimes I drink a arizona or snapple tea or something. I dont drink any pop, or any kind of carbonated drink.

    At 19 I would pass on anything hormonal. Stick with the natural OTC products like creatine, n02 and a good whey protein. Your natural hormone levels should be at optimal levels right now.
