3 days in cycles and got sore nipples advice plz

I started my test E cycle 3 ( I was already on clen (up to 120 mcg, day 6 for clen) dasys ago, my second I.M. injection is supposed to be tommorow 250,mg im doin 500mg a week. 2 -250mg every week. I went camping for a day and today when I got back from a 10 mile hike MY NIPS WERE ON FIRE...I took 50 mgs of clomid right away in a panic...and it went away for about 5 hours.now when I went to take a shower when I got home they are sensitive... any suggustions???

The hike was brutal, and i aweated like crazy with a sweatshirt on and a backpack, i though it was my sweater rubbing maybe because It was cold up there too.

theres no pain when I push on them, just when It rubs on my cloths ..

Thats awfully soon man. They might just be really irritated because of sweating and rubbing against the sweater. Try wearing a white loose cotton shirt for a few days see if it gets any better.

if they were gyno sore you would feel a little lump and if you pressed on that lump it would hurt - at least that's what happens for me

Since your only 3 days in you need to be taking an AI daily,,,something like ARIMIDEX , AROMASIN ,,etc..

well atleast you know now. I still wouldn't worry unless your nips get puffy or you feel a lump. Always better safe than sorry to have an AI on hand during cycle just in case.

Yea it's a single lump. Theres a really good thread someone wrote about checking for it. I think it was something like lay on your back take your thumb and forefinger and squeeze the area around the outer area of your nipple.
