Letro/Nolva safe for 19yearold?

Made a post yesterday about possible natural gyno (no steroids /PH etc involved), was recommended to just see a doctor about it. Went there about half an hour ago, turns out it is gyno. My doctor said it wasn't worth running blood tests and just to wait and see if it gets bigger or goes away on its own

I'm not real ecstatic about waiting for bitch tits, and i've read a couple stickies here about using Letro and/or Nolva to reverse gyno, but they're all written for people who are on cycle, not 19 yearolds developing a natural case.

So my question is, is it safe (relatively speaking) for someone my age to use an AI or Serm, if so what doses, and what side effects should i expect?

most doctors wont do anything about it. usally it will go away for most people on its own. how long have u had gyno issues?

first time, started showing up less than a week ago, still sore, still getting bigger

i'm concerned that if i don't take care of it early i'll still have it 6 months/a year down the road with surgery being my only option, not to mention wearing a shirt all summer after busting my ass to get in shape doesn't sound like fun

It just sounds odd usually people develop it at a younger age. How bad is it? Do u have lumps under ur nipples?

it just started, have not used anything but protein powders, pre workout drinks, multivitamins and creatine, all of which i've been using for months at least. Also not taking prescription meds, and my diet/sleep schedule has not changed considerably.

closest thing to a test booster i've ever used was some ZMA about a year back, and that probably doesn't do anything at all, let alone cause gyno.

Doctor said it was rarer at my age but not unheard of and that "most cases go away on their own eventually"

It started out roughly pee sized, and is now roughly the size of my nipple, visible if the skin is tight (i'm ~9% bodyfat btw), and only on one side

I would run Novla at 10mg ED for 4 weeks. It has a great binding affinity for estrogen receptors around breast tissue. I also cannot see any negative side effects from its use at your age. You may experience a 100% boost in your natural test production. This however will drop once you get of the drug. If 10mg for 4 weeks doesn't do anything, then bump it to 20mg for 4 weeks. If nothing happens then go back to your doctor.

thanks for the suggestion Rose, I'll order some Nolva tomorrow of Ar-r and give it a shot, if it doesn't work i'll go back and get some blood tests run one way or another to figure out what the problem is

do you happen to know what letro would do to me?

It would kill your sex drive, however it may help with gyno as some studies have shown. But first try the nolva, and if you want a first or second generation AI, such as arimidex , or my fav aromasin .

makes sense, i read that it generally kills your sex drive unless you're on a cycle, tbh i could probably handle that for a couple weeks...

when you say and a first or second generation AI, do you mean run them in conjunction or if the nolva alone doesn't work

It will generally kill your sex drive on or off cycle.

Yeh you can run them in conjunction with nolva. Save the letro if the second nolva run (the one at 20mg)doesn't work.

nolva is great for getting rid of gyno. It works for me and i never really notice any neg sides.

nolva doesnt reduce estrogen as much as kick your test production back on post cycle i have gyno right now from ph's and have been on 20mg nolva ED for the past 5 weeks and have actually neg sides, gyno getting worse. ive been told to get letro. experienced users saying it isnt bad for your sex drive at .25-.5 mg ED. Most of the people on here are older than 30 and have done roids so of course their sex drive suffers lol

i know it won't reduce my estrogen, but it should prevent gyno from getting worse, and i've read that in some cases it can reduce or eliminate it

i'm trying nolva and adex first to see if that works, if it doesn't i'll jump to letro, but i think at my age it would probably be wise to start of with the gentler stuff.

I'll post the results here in a few weeks if anyone is interested to hear them

yeah man im 19 too the nolva didnt do the trick for me but try it out. id rather have a decreased sex drive that can be fixed easily with nolva and/or test boosters or juice than have bitch tits.
