Drug detection.

Just woundering could I get some info off of some people with some experience in this area. I am planning a cycle of either pGh or anavar .... I have done alot of research but hopefully with some help I will come to a conclusion

What are the detection times for these in urine testing or/and blood testing?

ht- 6ft 4
wt- 16 1/2 stone
bf- 14%
previous training- 6 years in high intensity sport, previous year at a high level. regular in gym for past 3.
age- just turned 21.

Ive done a short cycle of anadrol a year ago, and anavar 3 months after I could only do a half cycle of anavar (i got sick, non related tho... (flu)).

I am inquiring as I am about to go into top level in this sport and testing is a possibility.

I have decided to run a 5 week cycle, would it be beneficial to run creatine with anavar ? or after it.
I will be talking basic protein, amino acids, and a healthy diet...
