I also noticed my fingers are tingling.

I read that these are symptoms of hyperthyroidism. This is my first day and I've only taken 25mcg. Is this normal?

It seems that thats what T3 would do is send ur body into a controlled hyperthyroidism state. I know that it really is t3 I guess.

The symptoms weren't bad and they didn't last very long so I'm going to keep the dose low and try and tough it out. Maybe lower it a little to start off with. I am going to be taking a low dose of prop as soon as I know that the sides from the t3 are controllable.

I do feel like u could cook a waffle on my forehead atm but I've read that this is normal.

Maybe you're over thinking this. 25mcg is a low dose. I think its all in your head.

This is common with people taking t3 while on a real bad diet. T3 boost up the amount of energy your body needs to burn. It means your body is using more energy than it should due to t3 (e.g if you usually burn 10 calories to walk up to the second floor, you would burn 20 calories while on t3. These numbers are just example and might not be accurate).

So make sure you adjust your diet before using t3 otherwise you would feel weak, numbness, dizzy or see stars when you stand up. On the other note, if your diet is not set and you not on any kinda test cycle, you will lose heaps more muscle comparing to someone on a good diet and test cycle.

Search this forum for t3 diet and post your current diet in diet forum to get constructive feedback. Good luck.
