can someone with know how look here
what is the proper way to take d-bol, as far as with meals and diet ?

There are two common methods. One is to break it up during the day, the other is to take the entire dose about 1.5-3 hours before you work out. I prefer the latter, less confusion for the hypothalamus. With meals? Doesn't matter. Diet? Eat a lot. Throwing away money if doing d-bol only.

Hey bro, IMO depending on dose ur taking spread out during the day to keep ur levels as even as possible is the better way to run dbol or any gear really.

I would never recommend taking the entire dosage in one go spread it out over the day splitting between 3 hour periods

i like taking it half before and half right aftger training ,as it beeing 17 alk it helps release insulin when it hits the liver .!so thats what u want afetr traing along with the right post worlout drink (carbs etc .) u grow nicely !
