Had my annual physical today, I'm a 34 year old, former athlete who still maintains a workout regiment and kickboxing. Since becoming a dad a couple years ago and a bunch of surgeries to repair my knees and badly arthritic shoulder things have slowed down, body fat has increased, libido decreased, tougher to get those impactful workouts I used to get.

So today the doc perscribed Test Cyp 200/cc per week. What should my expectations be? Should I use other things to make this more effective and not have negative effects? Doc wants me on for a year, however I've read it might be better to do 8-12 weeks on and some time off. How do I avoid being in a catabolic state? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.
