1st Cycle - Sustanon 250 only
going to start my first cycle soon (sust only) and decided not to take deca along my cycle as a personal preference.
12 week cycle:
250mg monday, 250mg thursday
500mg per week
i've had to research on hcg and pct
just want to know
what dosages of hcg will i need during my sust only cycle and for how many weeks/on which weeks ?
3 weeks after my final shot i will start my pct with nolvadex as its proven to have less side effects
how much nolva should i take during this pct? is nolva the only thing i need?
I think alot of people need to know the answers to these popular questions.

i did a 8 week cycle once,i personally think 500mg a week is not enough,being 250 is 1 shot,,but thats my opinion,i personally didnt use pct on sus 250 , my oonnly side effect was a lil hair thinning on top of head which grew back once cycle finished.

right i see, how much do you think is enough for a first timer?
Even though its only sust, I'm pretty convinced it will stop my natural testosterone production with a 12 wk course, I can't risk having damaged balls...

weight 165lbs
bf% unknown, i'm pretty lean with hardly any fat (boxing 3 years with weights program also, weights alone- 1 year)

Very poor advice. You may have only noticed thinning hair, but if you would have had your blood work done, Im sure you would have seen many other negative side effects. Low Test and increased estrogen for beginners.
500mg EW is a good starting point and a PCT is a must if you desire to recover and keep your gains.

i've been trying to up my weights and gain size & strength naturally for a long time but i can't seem to reach goals i want. Seem to be stuck shifting the same weight.
i beleive a cycle of sust for a start will help me, and most likely other cycles in the future, as I am looking for increase in size and strength.

Bro, you probably have trouble gaining weight b/c of the boxing. Fights sport require a lot of calories and recovery and make it somewhat difficult for a "hardgainer" to gain
I used to kick box 2hrs a day and lift and could pass 185. Now I just lift 1 hr and I'm 218. you may just need to vastly increase your calories and/or rest
And do you squat and deadlift?

diet is eat plenty of protein i want lean mass....
^ yeah most likely, i thought it was because of boxing too.
Thats the thing I need size quick, eating alot of calories and training is going to take a while.
yeah i do deadlift but minor weights as i havent enough strength, need to up the weights as soon as i'm on cycle. hopefully it should help/.
anyone got answers for me ?

that's not your diet in detail,
and saying "I need size quick, eating alot of calories and training is going to take a while." is not a good attitude. why is it you need size quick?

I'm on a sustanon cycle as well (250mg twice a week, 10-week cycle)...I'm going with pct starting three weeks after my last pin - Nolva for four weeks 40/40/20/20 and Clomid four weeks for 100/50/50/50...
On a side note, when do most people notice testicle shrinkage?

thats just being selfish .. And you always ask new people irrelevant questions, like they are your enemy or something, everyone on this forum has been new to steroids , so just get over yourself and start giving nice, helpful advice, otherwise dont post...

Dude, my lower back is fvked. I could barely get out of bed a while back. I used deadlifting as a form of rehab and in about 9 months time went from 70 lbs to max of 405lbs. if I had jumped to aas instead of a bit of dedication, id probably think I was hercules pumping 225.
You interested in augmenting your body's hormones. This isn't something to rush into. You should enjoy the length of the journey and its many small accomplishments along the way. You're 20 bro. Enjoy the hard work. It'll mean more
