    all possible methood of reducing progesterone and prolactin

    hi there

    looking for all possible ways to reduce prolactin and prosesterone. what can be taken? over the counter and from sources? or what can be done psyically?

    over all help would be appreciated

    heard about takig vitamin B6 at high doses. caber and prami obviously. anything else?

    I also have high prolactin levels. Gotta see the doc to clarify what to do next
