Make a RTU (ready to use mix). If your clen concentrate is 200mcg per ml, take one ml of clen and put it into another bottle. Now put 9ml of water into that bottle. Now each ml in your RTU bottle is 20mcg instead of 200. Easier and safer to measure out.

i think he mentioned he was looking for the easiest way.

easiest way, is to use an insulin needle. if its 200mcg/ml, then 10iu is 20mcg.

    yep....

If you got your liquid clen from the ar-r store then they should have given you a 1ml measuring syringe.

LOL, not that difficult for me. And, it makes dosing more accurate. Counting drops and trying to measure very small amounts is a recipe for disaster.

Agreed 100%... when you are drawing for 20mcg you will not be consistant even just with the little bubble that is at the end of an oral syringe sometimes. Doesnt seem like much when you are drawing 1mL, but when you are grabbing 1/10th it could be as much as a 10-20% difference depending which way the bubble arches (I know this sounds dumb, but it makes sense)
