    Sustanon - when do the afterburners turn on?

    I'm on my third week of sustanon , 500mg EW, and I was wondering when most people using sust feel it kick-in and when they notice the mass coming on assuming work-outs and diet is on point. Yes, yes, I know all bodies are different but just trying to get a general opinion...

    week 3 should show libido increases and by week 5 the mass should start piling on

    Gracias. I'm on a deload week after 5-weeks of hitting the weights hard, one set not including warm-up sets, for all muscle groups (Upper body Mon/Thurs and Lower Body Tues/Fri) so hopefully, I'll be burning the rocket fuel next week when I start the pump again for another 5-weeks, adding an additional set per week until I hit 6 sets per muscle group twice a week on Week 11.

    If your still consuming just over 2000cals a day then you may only see very small gains, and those may just be water..

    nah man, doing 2700 cals on a 160 lb, 5' 7" frame...you're prob gonna laugh but doing 240 grams of protein is a challenge for me. thank god for whey...

    Week 5 bro. On my 5th week on sust right now and the gains are piling on.

    If that's your AV, it seems like it. Keep it up, bro.

    On a side note, do you ever notice some people hitting the gear hard, tend to have protruding stomach despite having sick definition / low body fat? Is that really ab muscles pushing against your large intestines or just a myth? If so, is it better to just hit the core exercises with high reps and no weights?

    I would go for water retention/ bloat that causes that, jmo....

    Funny you should ask that question. I was looking in the mirror today and noticed exactly what you are referring to. Have you read that about the muscles pushing against the large intestines?

    I heard one of the experts/pinners mention it on the documentary "Bigger, Stronger, Faster" but I wouldn't take my word for it. Somone told me to just stick with no weights and high reps when hitting the core and I shouldn't have that problem.

    If you are taking in even 25% of your protein with whey shakes then there is a good reason you dont see a lot of growth... real food works best bro. 2000 cals is what I use to cut.

    I'm entering week 4 this saturday. So far, I haven't seen too much of a change.

    On a down note, I noticed my nipples get slightly swollen and sensitive at times. Do you think I should use an aromasin (i.e. Exemestane) at a low dosage like 10 mg ED during the cycle and stop 3 weeks after my last pin?

    I started feeling it at week 2, at week 3-4 it was kicking in strong. I'm in week 5 now and have put on 11lbs and body fat has gone from 11.5% to 12.3%. My strength has increased dramatically. This is my 1st cycle at age 53. I'm following Ronnies slingshot training method.

    +1 on the high reps. To added to that, I was told a long time ago to do just one set. I do 300 crunches 5 times a week and my abbs have always been pretty ripped. Even at 12.3% bf 205 lbs my abbs look pretty good.

    Ender - thanks. I saw the clips and the info was amazing. On a 160 lb frame (gained 3 - 5 pounds since I started my cycle already), 2700 calories with 800 cals coming from protein, I think the diet is dialed-in.

    Anyone have any advice about the nipples? If it's just slightly swollen and no lumps, should I hold out on the aromasin ? Anyone incorporate extremesane with PCT of Nolva and Clomid?

    Aromasin /Exemestane = same thing... if you feel gyno coming on then I would definately get on it.

    yea i know Aromasin and Exemestane are one in the same. my question is if i'm only feeling slightly sensitive nipples and nothing else, whether i should start taking aromasin at 10 mg ED as a precaution. also, if anyone uses aromasin with nolva and clomid during PCT.

    dude i'm 5'6 180 and not on anything right now. i wrestled in college at 119 or 125. Your 160 cause of what you eat. You cant use the excuse i have a 160 frame. you have a 160 frame cause you only eat enough to support 160. If you want to be bigger you have to eat for that weight. Real food not shakes.
