250mg test/60mg t-bol
I first planned on running t-bol alone at 60mg weeks 1-3 and then 80mg weeks 4-7...now I am thinking I should throw in a small amount of test? I was thinking this:
(week 1 front load 500mg) 250mg test weeks 1-8
80mg t-bol weeks 1-4
weeks 9-10 80mg t-bol
weeks 11-1 pct arimidex 1mg ever day
I have done one cycle before (500mg test for 10 weeks) and I put on about 12lbs...my diet was poor because I was a broke student and in hindsight I should have waited but w.e the past is the past. That was a year ago but now I have the time to work out hard and my diet is perfect!
What kind of results could I expect with this cycle? Im looking to gain about 10-15lbs and look lean, solid, and shredded!
stats: 180lbs
5"10
about 10%bf mabey 9....
diet: 3600 cals
300g protein
carbs 200-250
fat: 70-80g

p.s I am going to be taking propecia and arimidex every third day just in case...I lost a bit of hair in my last cycle and dont want that to happen this time around! also I want to be lean and not bloated so throwing is some a-dex seems like a good idea?

Novice cycle suggestion;
Test Enanthate 400-500mg EW for 12 weeks
Tbol 40-50mg ED for the first 4-6 weeks
PCT 14+ Clomid/Nolva or Torem/Nolva
At 180lbs you could throw on a few more lbs natty.

You are 5'10. Your natural weight is not 150lbs...

You need to learn how to eat first before starting any steroids , you can put on a few more lbs naturally at your age, dont be blinded by the vision of steroids, they are useless without the right amount of foods.

I am strong for my size! but i am an ecto/meso and I really cant get much past 185 naturaly unless i put alot of fat! I have a 505 dead lift reps, 225 bench reps ect ect..so im not worried about my progress.

You might also be surprised how much your chest grows if you drop the load dramatically and focus the reps more into the pectoral, just as an example. Sometimes putting as much weight as possible on the bar is not going to give you the results you want. If you are bodybuilding it is a different ball game to strength training.

Since no one else caught this I will point it out. 1mg ED of arimidex for PCT??? Are you serious? Thats it? Bro DO more research!! 1mg ed would make your estrogen so low you would feel like a truck ran over you with the brakes locked up!

You can gain more naturally IMHO. I waited till around 180-190lbs to hit steroids , but it was too early. I could have hit 200lbs natural and I wish I did.
Your lifts are good, so keeping working with your base and hit 195-200lbs, then think about AAS.
Head over to the PCT Forum and read some of the sticky's. 1mg/ED Arimidex isnt a PCT by any means.

I know all about diet and lean bulking...I am going to school for human nutrtion and kin so I reallt dont need much help there. I dont beleve in over feeding the body so i dont go crazy...I am stronger and in better shape then ever before and I have a diet that works for me. I will up my cals on cycle because I can but Im not into the bloated look...Im very lean right now! I might even be close to 8% bf.
