    Simple Cut Cycle Help

Want to do a short and sweet cut cycle that includes good diet, cardio, clen , and a low dose of Test E. Any reccomendations as to how much Test E would be sufficient for a 10 week cycle? I'm thinking 300mgs/week should suffice? I'd like to keep the water retention as minimal as possible while still maximizing lean muscle gain.

Also, any ideas regarding PCT at such a low dose? Maybe half the typical Clomid/Nolva dosages? (40,20,20,20 / 100,50,50,50)

    Age: 23
    Weight: 165lbs
    Body Fat:
    Calipers - 12%
    Scale - 20%
    Math Calculation - 15%

IMHO don't use anything in the first few months of a cut, use hardwork and shift the bf with cardio and diet, to may people use compounds to help them cut when its not needed, if you attack your bf now naturally and once you come to a stop and you need a push in the right direction then this is the time to start some added support, wonders can be achieved with diet and cardio without any drugs.

Thanks, appreciate the input! At what point fat percentage wise do you think adding AAS would be the most beneficial?

If you actually need AAS? 12ish%... dropping fat is 90% diet and 10% training. You could easily drop 10lbs in 2 months naturally and you dont need PCT after that.

And its not when AAS is most beneficial, lower body fat has to do with keeping sides to as minimal as possible. Higher fat % can greatly increase sides.

If you cut correctly and listen to your body you wont need any added anabolic support, hardwork is the key here

Would it be beneficial at all to use a low amount of Test to help increase LBM while cutting? Or get to desired body fat % first and start working on increasing LBM after?
