First cycle and have some questions!

I'm a 31 yr old male. I've Been hitting the weights since I was 18. It has been my hobby and my passion. I now feel ready to start my first cycle. Deca and a Test are my choices. I'm going to run them for 8 weeks after advice from reading one of Ronnie Rowland's posts.

With safety and minimal side effects being my first concern. I'm wanting to know what I can expect here. I'm 180lbs and 6ft tall. Is it logical to hit the 200lb mark by week eight? And what amount of each, deca and test would be recommended? Is it also logical to expect to keep most of my gains with a consistant good diet and hard training?

Thank you in advance to all who help me!

it's logical to hit 200 lbs before doing any AAS/Cycles. Not only is it logical it is recommended. AAS is not to gain weight when you are below your natural potential. It is to help blast past your natural limitations.

You need to read the beginner cycles in the sticky above pinned notes. Test Deca is NOT a recommended first cycle. Test alone is the best thing you can do for a first cycle when you are ready but it's not yet.

You need to visit the diet section and learn what you should be eating, how much, how often to get your body where it should be or the AAS will also be a waste of time when you do use them because if your diet is not already right on you will just loose everything you gained and you wont gain nearly as much as you should.

Stick with one compound only for your first cycle, see how you respond there is no need to use 2 IMHO.

Check out the education section in this forum, there is loads of threads what would make good reading for your research.

    What bf are you?

What is your daily diet like?
