Question Natural Limits to Weight Gain...

What sort of size (or lean weight) would you expect to be able to reach naturally if you're a short arse like me of 5'6"? Just wondering? :-)

You'll have to post up a picture in order to get the kinda of estimate you seek.

Thats so difficult to judge without knowing your build type. My buddy is 5'8 and 190lbs naturally. Looks freakish when he leans out, but his diet and training are rediculous. Puts a lot of the juicers to shame (me included)

If you look at the top naturals in the world that are 5'6 they compete at around 160 ( I mean legit natural inbf/ifpa organizations)

So maybe 185-190 is "decent" shape is where you could get, I personally got to 185 at 5'5 before touching aas

    Looking excellent.
But you didnt say what your body fat was?
Im 5'6 and was at 180 before touching (took me 10 years of training.. and then learning to eat). My body fat though was around 13% though.

To the OP.. each person is different. Also age plays a big part. Younger you are the quicker you grow as well.

    .
well pictures are waaay more accurate, plus EVERYONE underestimates their bodyfat...EVERYONE, I was probably a legitimate 11-12% in those pics

Of course....8 weeks into test E @500mg/week and I"m 204 in the morning
