If you use that with the Ab Lounge you'll have a complete body workout in only 5 minutes.

its just local dehydration of your fat and muscle tissue leading to a temporary impression of fat loss. totally useless.

When I was like 15 I had the old ab belt. it was just an electrical stim to make you contract many times. It was worthless as Sheven said. If I used it, it would shock the shit out of me. This was because I was always tiny and already had a 6pack. If one of my bigger buddies tried it, they wouldn't even feel it. If there is too much fat the stim got dispersed and did nothing.
Dont waste the money

^^AGREED!^^
Nevertheless, some clarity is necessary here in that Electronic Muscle Stimulation (EMS) does and has been proven to work in clinical studies and is prevalently employed in sports rehab. And “yes” Bruce did incorporate this into his training regimen as a ‘supplemental’ exercise.
However, EMS is predicated upon direct centralized stimulation which requires the electrodes (attachment pads), explaining in part why the belt doesn’t work. The other reason they’re useless is because muscle fibers require a very specific stimulatory voltage in order to twitch (effectively contract), w/o which you’re merely receiving a gentle vibration.
So “yes” EMS is reliable and valid for complimentary (off training) ab work.
And “no”, none of those belts and because of the second (precise voltage reason) nearly all of the commercial stimulators 'with electrodes' don’t work either.Master Pai Mei of the White Lotus Clan

As far as Ab belts go alone (no mentioning steroids ) ab belts i had great results with the slendertone systerm.
Still use it now.
Will argue till the cows come home with people saying their shite.
Obviously I don't mean it will work wonders on it's own. I have a massive Ab workout once a week but it really help.
