    New and need advice

hey im new to this im thinking of using in the near future after i get enough knowledge about everything im gonna be doing, for starters stats

    im 25,
    6ft 2 "
    106kgs
    about 17% - 20% BF
havent done any cycles on AAS before only taken proteins, creatines etc
i know a little about PCT, i know its definately important but still need some advice

been training for about 9 years fairly heavily, i play top grade rugby league and have been trained by a pro power lifter on my gym techniques/ routines etc

diet has been very good for last 3 months as its the middle of football season atm and have been very strict with myself, lots of broccoli, chicken, oats

Im not looking to rushing into using AAS, i would like to start in about 3-4 months time once i have a good understanding, im not looking to build big like a body builder but to lower my BF%, i dont mind if i get a little bit bigger but would rather tone up more, i do alot of cardio work as well as gym work.

would like to do a simple cycle first off with some sort of test and finish off with something like winny or clen towards end of cycle.

i live in Australia so its really hard to get alot of gear here but would like to know off you guys what you would reccommend ???

Def get your diet down first. It sounds like you are trying to do that now, which is good. Get that BF% down to around 12 first. Also, remember, you shouldnt start any steroids until you have reached your maximum natural potential. Steroids should be a last option.

Keep researching like you are doing, read all the stickies at least 10 times. Memorize them.

Good call....no need to rush into anything.

Most will advise you to try to lower your body fat to a respectable level before starting AAS, and they are right.

In the meantime, keep researching, reading the stickies and asking questions around here.

Just get your diet in check, and hit up some cardio. Check out our diet section to get help. You should try to get on a good cutting diet for the time being.

    Check this out:

yeh they are helping out fine bu im not seeing any body fat cutting , my diet is solid as at the moment and has been for a while, i just cant seem to shed that fat around lower stomach and thighs, my cardio and endurance training is pretty heavy with training and also hitting weights very often, if i take protein like whey powders etc i can gain weight and strength fairly easily eg i gained 13kg in 3 months and BF remained the same but my strength really improved for example squats went from 120kg to 175kg in that time at 1 rep max and incline dumbell from 35kg to 50kg at 8 reps while on protein jsut that fat around my gut stays there, where as on the other side if i dont have any protein and keep my diet i can lose as much as 10-12kg but sill have that fat but lose strength. ive tried over the counter fat metabolisers, and all kinds of stuff is there anything else i can take to help shed that fat before i start a cycle when im ready ?? would something like clen work ?? if i can get rid of this i would be happy not to do a cycle until im older and have little nat test left.
