I would go get blood work done, also why do you wan to stay on are your test levels that bad? I would think about that decision and the impact it will have on the rest of your life as i feel it is a pretty big one.
Also 500mg is a very high dose.

Yes.
But not 500mg/wk Test. Thats alot. That may bring all sorts of problems. Such as LVH, BP, RBC and lipids to name a few.

My levels were 270 (also free test was low off the chart, 6.1) last I checked am month ago. Naturally that low as I have never used any hormones to mess with my system. I just had another blood test done the other day. It is the full hormone panel not just free and total test levels like my first one was. So I am waiting for those results before I jump too fast into anything.
Just wandering if it would be good to run more than the typical HRT dose and how much more.

No, its no needed unless your competing at a high level IMHO and have to hold onto extra mass.
Otherwise, 100-150mg/wk will suffice.

How old are you?
500mgs is alot of testosterone to stay on forever, if you come under the HRT umbrella your Endo will prescribe you around 100-200mgs per week which will put you in the correct range for your age, you may cycle off and on around your hrt dose but thats up to you but using cycle amounts for hrt is reckless and will have sides effects

I am 31. Yeah adding a cycle in and around the HRT sounds better.

Cruise and blast is what you are referring to.
That would implement HCG also.
Basically TRT and BB combined.

Well, on TRT you use HCG to keep the testes up to par.
So, are we talking about testes being cosmetic?
I know a couple of members that are on TRT, and there testes do not function at all.
