Your too young man. Re-post any diet and training questions in their designed sub-forums and they'll take care of you.

You risk too much at this age to be altering hormones.

It could be your workout split that has you in a plateau..

How often do you switch it up? Also, I see you have deadlifts in your mix, maybe alternate back and forth between deads and squats? You should introduce squats into your routine as well. I'm not sure I like chest/shoulders/tris in one workout.. Swich your split up and see if that helps. maybe something like this:

    M - Off
    Tu - Chest
    W - Back/rear delts
    Th - Bis/Tris/Forearms
    F - Off
    Sa - Legs/abs/lower back
    Su - Shoulders/traps

    Good luck.

Lack of gains is usually poor diet or lack of sleep related. You do know that the most important meal/intake of nutrients is your PWO right? You look to have no carbs in yours and I will guess that is hindering quite a bit.

On top of this, you have 5 different shakes in there... little to no actual nutritional value. I can see you will have no luck with any kind of gains, be it natural or with AAS

Remember less is sometimes more, so many people get stuck with gains because of over training....
