Hi guys i have been lifting for a year and a half now and weighed 9 stone when i started and was 19, i am now 14 stone and 20 (nearly 21) and have made good progress up until the last 6 months where i don't feel as thought i have got anywhere at all i am trying to bulk whilst maintaining a clean diet as possible thus trying to eliminate too much fat gain which is hard as i do security and just sit down all day, below is a copy of diet and workout am i doing anything wrong i workout at home but do cardio at the gym i am trying desperately to get bigger but my motivation is lacking now as i feel i am getting nowhere, would it be silly to consider steroids ? please help

Your too young man. Re-post any diet and training questions in their designed sub-forums and they'll take care of you.
You risk too much at this age to be altering hormones.

It could be your workout split that has you in a plateau..
How often do you switch it up? Also, I see you have deadlifts in your mix, maybe alternate back and forth between deads and squats? You should introduce squats into your routine as well. I'm not sure I like chest/shoulders/tris in one workout.. Swich your split up and see if that helps. maybe something like this:
M - Off
Tu - Chest
W - Back/rear delts
Th - Bis/Tris/Forearms
F - Off
Sa - Legs/abs/lower back
Su - Shoulders/traps
Good luck.

Lack of gains is usually poor diet or lack of sleep related. You do know that the most important meal/intake of nutrients is your PWO right? You look to have no carbs in yours and I will guess that is hindering quite a bit.
On top of this, you have 5 different shakes in there... little to no actual nutritional value. I can see you will have no luck with any kind of gains, be it natural or with AAS
