What do you do training/diet wise in the weeks leading up to a cycle?
Besides liver prep, all gear pct g2g, what do you do to prepare for a cycle?
Do you take a week off right before to make sure your muscles are well rested?
Do you up the intensity in the weeks before?
Do decrease or increase calories in the weeks before?
Do you carb load/deplete?

It will be interesting to see what people have to say. For me, nothing changes except maybe extra food intake and some carb loading but not much change.

I more or less prime my body for the up and coming cycle, if done correctly you can create a very anabolic environment for when the cycle starts and gives you a massive springboard into growth like no other, 6-8 weeks pre cycle prime is unbeatable IMHO.
