Higher bf% cycling experince?
anyone have experience in cycling at a 20 plus % if so explain your experiences thank you guys .

My first cycle I was over 20% bf.. I looked.. yeah pretty much like the michelin man.. a big.. strong michelin man.

your just going to feel like a fat ****. hit some cardio and get on a diet then maybe throw some clen in there. but at 20% bf diet is where you should start since that is your main problem.

I never cycled that high, but my friends that do hold a ton of water, bad acne, sweat profusely and just look horrible.

I have cycled around 20. BP is main concern, you should also pick your compounds carefully, things like D-bol are off the list.

God okay so everyone here is mr fitness usa and at like 7 % bf ,there are power lifters who are around 20 who have to cycle ,and the compounds were going to be test p anavar and armidex ,so it shouldnt **** with me being close to 20%

If you are going to cycle at that %, I would go with a test only, moderate-low dose and take a good AI full cycle. I have been doing this for awhile now and have lost a very good amount of fat while getting a little stronger and have no sides that I can see from the test (I do have a cough as I stated in one of my posts here but my doctor said it is unrelated) I notice fat around the midsection is coming off well, no bloat, no acne, BP is 117/70 as of yesterday, resting hear rate is in the mid 60's. Ill also say that I am what I would consider a very experienced user and know what sides to look for and what to have on hand just in case. Also if you are looking at bulking at 20% and just getting stronger...Dont, its not worth it cause you will wind up strong as hell, but obese to boot, I would use aas and the AI very moderatly and for maintaining muscle while you diet down to a lower BF%

I did a test p 10 week cycle with d-bol for weeks 2-6 and had no side effects at that bf%... my strength nearly doubled and my bf dropped 3% that was also my first cycle. when you get more experienced with AAS i believe side effects start to become more of a risk imo

Possibly, but I think the more experienced users know how to identify the sides earlier (assuming they listen to their bodies) and know how to counter them before they become a problem.
To agree with your statement, the more experienced guys also tend to use more gear which potentially causes more sides, so its a good point.

As Knockout said, why even post your question if you are going to respond to the answers with a dumbass remark like that? You asked for answers/experiences to cycling with higher bodyfat percentage yet you flip out over the answers/experiences. Pointless thread, pointless question in this case, and you're likely going to get gyno, high bp, and look like the aforementioned Michelin Man. Have fun with that...

In my opinion, I am still learning, but you can use test to cut. I don't mean become shredded but certainly make great reductions in BF while gaining LBM.
Just don't eat 5K cals a day and "bulk", got on a cutting diet using the test.
You'll have water retention, which is why its not a good "cutting drug" to get "shredded" but certainly to lose fat it can work in your favor.
Just note that you have to rely more on looks than the scale.

I have to disagree, yes you can use test to cut AND get shredded it is all diet dependent,as far as the OP,at 20% bf and possibly more he is not putting his best foot forward so to speak,he needs to get in a different mindset,he is going to have to work and sacrifice. He starts at 20% has all kinds issues and when its over he is at 25-30%.

Taking test and eating a healthy calorie deficit diet > just eating a calorie deficit diet.
Assuming your goal is to lose fat and not to shread, due to water gain.
YOu can control what you eat regardless of how hungry you are.

The best thing to do is diet down a bit get back into training and then start a cycle in the next 6months when your training again so you get the best results from your cycle. and LoL, I hold a black belt in kickboxing and Kyokoshin Karate, I'm also currently training Muay Thai, At 240lb I'm not a little guy by any means,and there are a few 160lb thai guys you dont wanna be kicked by lol

im pretty close to 20 percent bodyfat. if not right at it. havent had any sides or more than the normal i should say. Everyone is just different and i think it just matters what compounds you take and how your body reacts to them.
